Review by Admin:

What can I say, after her appearance in Dare Devil, the thought of Jennifer Garner reprising her role, was quite a tantalysing one. Its such a pity then, that we are let down by a flimsy story.

Garners performance is fine, but the script, such as it is, lets it down. All around her come across as unsympathetic bit part players, even dear old Terence Stamp. We are treated to some pretty good CG effects, but the whole thing would have benefited from a decent, coherent plot.

Bowman struggles against all the odds to make something from the total mess of a story and script, but ultimately is defeated by the banality of the material. Such a shame, but at least it was better than Catwoman.
